- Evaluating real value vs. AI hype
- Local, cloud and hybrid deployment strategies
- Infrastructure, hardware and procurement
- Costs and commercial feasibility
- Security, monitoring, and maintainability
- Translating technical possibilities into operable solutions
"How should we build it, and what else is technically possible?"
- Software and AI architecture
- Model selection and API integration
- Data flows and automation
- LLMs, VLMs and agentic systems
- Technical limitations and implementation paths
- Architectural extensions beyond immediate requirements
The Format
The coaching runs over two full days for 1–4 participants. Rather than a rigid seminar, it is an intensive interaction where Gero and Denny each contribute approximately half a day on both days, allowing both perspectives to interact throughout the process.
Establishing your situation, objectives and existing environment. Building a realistic understanding of AI capabilities, limitations and architectures from both operational and development perspectives.
Applying that understanding to your concrete use cases. Evaluating feasibility, value, architecture, infrastructure and practical implementation paths.
The Result: Participants leave not just with knowledge, but with the ability to make better technical and commercial decisions about AI. We combine a structured foundation with your actual systems and use cases, starting with a brief alignment session to adapt the days to your situation.
Coaching Built Around Your Reality
This is not a rigid seminar based on a standard slide deck. Before the coaching, we briefly discuss your objectives, existing environment, current level of AI experience and concrete questions or use cases. This allows the two days to focus on what is actually relevant to your organization.
We provide a structured technical foundation, but we use your real systems, requirements and questions wherever useful. We teach from systems we build, test and operate ourselves—no generic AI evangelism.
Engagement Path
Practical AI Coaching is a standalone service; there is no requirement to commission a subsequent Scelaris project. However, where useful, the natural progression often follows this path:
Talk to us about your coaching objectives.
A first conversation can be used to understand your situation and determine whether the two-day coaching format is appropriate for your needs.
